1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

If the order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Prepaid Order Cancellation & Refund

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. COD Order Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please avoid placing orders if you are not sure. Repeated order cancellations or refusal to accept delivery may result in blacklisting from future purchases.
