1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver pan India — to all major cities, towns, and villages across the country.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days depending on your location.

3. Do you charge for shipping?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and all prepaid options including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking via Razorpay.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can track the package in real-time.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days only if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was received. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

7. How do I request a return or replacement?
Please email us at support.kharidoindia@gmail.com with your order ID and a photo/video of the issue. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

8. Do you offer exchanges?
No, we currently do not offer product exchanges. Only replacements for defective or wrong items.
