Return & Refund Policy

At KharidoIndia™, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns and refunds under certain conditions as outlined below:


1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or

  • You received the wrong product

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal dislike.


2. Return Request Window

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.


3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

Include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not offer reverse pickup. You will need to courier the product back to our address (provided via email after approval).


5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you must provide account details).

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Used, damaged (by customer), or incomplete items

  • Late return requests (after 7 days)

  • Orders without proof (photos/videos) of issue


6. Replacement Option
If the same product is in stock, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund for damaged/wrong items.
